The Janesville Performing Arts Center serves as the premiere performing arts and entertainment center for the greater Janesville area, to enhance the quality of life for current residents and future generations. They offer a diverse mix of performances by local groups and professional touring acts. JPAC is also the home to the United Arts Alliance Hall of Fame and is located in the historic Marshall building in Janesville. The Main Social Room in JPAC houses a rotating art exhibit of works provided by members of the Janesville Art League.
